Q. Do you run tours rain or shine?

A. The Hummer is capable of operation in all weather conditions.  We have never had to cancel a tour.

Q. Is a deposit required to reserve a tour?

A. A deposit for guided tours is not required, however we do ask for a credit card number at time of booking.  Special Occasion and Corporate tours may require a deposit.

Q. How extreme are the tours?

A. The tours will provide you with a thrilling outdoor adventure but have never caused anyone to terminate the tour prematurely.

Q. What is the minimum number of participants required to have a tour proceed?

A. The minimum number required depends on the type if tour requested, however typically Canadian Hummer Adventures requires at least 2 people.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book?

A. May to October is usually our busy season and it is always a good idea to book ahead, however we try to fit in last-minute tours as required.  Special Occasion and Corporate tour bookings should contact the company in advance to ensure availability.

Q. Have you ever rolled the vehicle or had an accident?

A. We have a perfect safety record and continue to follow all safety precautions to ensure the safety of our clients.

Q. What age is too young for a tour?

A. We have taken infants in proper safety seats on tours with their parents.   We do however ask that all children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Q. Do you sell gift certificates for tours?

A. We do sell gift certificates for any amount you choose.  They are available for purchase through our online store.

Q. How many people can ride in a Hummer at one time?

A. Our Hummers seat 11 persons.

Q. What are your hours of operation and what days of the week do you run tours?

A. We operate tours 7 days a week from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm.  Special Occasion tour hours can be extended upon request.

Q. What trails do you use for your tours?

A. We only travel on desginated trails as part of the Tread Lightly philosophy.
